Since 2018, OFILM has carried out 6 Sigma promotion work at the group level. At present, it has formed a top-down "6 Sigma training + project promotion" system, which has laid a solid foundation and a good start for building a 6 Sigma cultural atmosphere for all employees.
In order to fully display the promotion results of the 6 Sigma training and improvement project, on December 20, the second 6 Sigma competition was successfully launched. Elite teams from all business groups of the group gathered together to launch a tense and fierce 6 Sigma competition.
